THE PROBLEM

Copilot Is Here - But Nobody's Shown You How to Actually Use It

Does this sound familiar?

Your organization rolled out Microsoft Copilot. Everyone's excited about "AI transformation." But nobody actually trained you on how to use it. You've clicked around, tried a few things, and... got mediocre results.

 Meanwhile:

  • You're still spending hours on tasks Copilot could handle in minutes
  • You type vague prompts and get vague answers
  • You're not sure when to use Copilot vs. doing it the "old way"
  • Other assistants seem to "get it" while you're still figuring it out
  • You're worried about looking behind if you ask basic questions

Here's the truth:

Copilot is powerful, but only if you know how to use it properly. Random experimentation and YouTube videos won't get you there.

You need structured, expert-led training that shows you exactly what to do.

THE SOLUTION

Microsoft 365 Fundamentals with Copilot

Microsoft Copilot is powerful — but only when it’s built on solid Microsoft 365 skills.

This four‑week live training programme is designed to help you understand how Microsoft 365 really works, then show you how Copilot fits into that environment to support your everyday tasks.

Rather than relying on trial and error, you’ll learn:

â˜‘️how the Microsoft 365 apps connect,
â˜‘️how Copilot works with your files, emails, meetings, and data,
â˜‘️and how to use clear prompting and good structure to get reliable results.

Each session combines core Microsoft 365 fundamentals with practical Copilot use, so you are not just learning what Copilot can do, but why it works and when it makes sense to use it.

This approach means:

☑️beginners feel supported, not overwhelmed e
☑️experienced users fill the gaps they did not realise they had
☑️Copilot becomes a genuine productivity partner, not a source of frustration

By the end of the programme, you will be working more confidently across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams — with Copilot enhancing your work, not replacing your judgement.
