A global pharmaceutical company wanted to be sure the training would genuinely match their team's needs before rolling it out widely.
We designed a 3-session pilot program (Outlook efficiency, Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, and Copilot for licensed users) with feedback built into the process, plus a separate one-to-one coaching track for executives.

How far in advance should we book?
I recommend 4-6 weeks lead time for custom programs to allow for proper discovery, proposal development, and program creation. However, I can often accommodate shorter timelines if needed.
