How Bespoke Training Works

It's refreshingly straightforward:

1. Discovery Conversation We chat (or exchange emails) about your specific needs, challenges, and goals. I ask questions to understand your context, your team, and what success looks like for you.

2. Custom Proposal I design a training program tailored to your situation and send you a detailed proposal outlining the content, approach, and investment required.

3. Agreement & Booking Once you approve the proposal, you receive booking terms and an invoice. Payment is always before training delivery, and you confirm your agreement via email.

4. Program Development & Delivery I build your custom training program and deliver it via your Microsoft Teams or mine—whatever works best for your organization.

When you book multiple sessions, you benefit from volume pricing:  

✅ 2-3 sessions: 10% discount on total investment
✅ 4+ sessions: 15% discount on total investment
✅ Custom programs: Bespoke package pricing based on your specific scope and needs  

Many organizations start with a single pilot session to ensure we're the right fit, then expand into a multi-session program. This approach works beautifully and I'm happy to accommodate it.
